JULIET IBRAHIM WROTE A SOUL SEARCHING POEM ON MOTHER'S DAY

Juliet Ibrahim stuns in a mother's day photo and a soul searching write up. She wrote to herself:
Dear Juliet, I’m proud of the mother in you. I love you superwoman! You are a phenomenal woman!
Pretty women wonder where my secret lies.
I’m not cute or built to suit a fashion model’s size
But when I start to tell them,
They think I’m telling lies.
I say,
It’s in the reach of my arms,
The span of my hips,
The stride of my step,
The curl of my lips.
I’m a woman
Phenomenally.
Phenomenal woman,
That’s me.

BLESSING EZEAKA SAYS SEX FOR ROLE IS HER GREATEST CHALLENGE IN NOLLYWOOD

Script interpreter, Blessing Ezeaka, has lamented about her major challenge since venturing into Nollywood two years ago. According to her, it hasn’t been an easy ride in the industry, as most times she has faced sexual harassments from producers and directors. Hear her: “I joined the movie industry because acting was part of me. But it hasn’t been an easy journey. Most times, I entertained the fear of being on unsecured locations and (also) scared of sexual intimidation by people at the top. Movie directors and producers often try to take advantage of me by asking for sex before giving me a role. That is one of the major challenges I face. But I always turn them down, because giving my body out for roles is not what I bargained for.”

SYLVIA UKAATU IS READY TO MARRY ANY RICH OLDMAN

Nollywood actress, Sylvia Ukaatu says she will not hesitate to jump at any marriage proposal from a man far older than her as long as he’s rich and ready to make her happy and comfortable. Reacting to the recent marriage of Regina Daniels to billionaire Ned Nwoko as a fifth wife she said: “I believe it’s her choice. People should learn to mind their businesses. How many are peacefully married to their young husbands? How many are enjoying their marriages? Regina made her choice, so let’s leave her to enjoy it. I believe many who badmouth her would jump at such opportunity if they get it. Age is just a number; what matters is mutual understanding and support for each other. Honestly, if I have such opportunity, I will grab it, as long as he takes good care of me and spoils me with goodies. Who doesn’t like sugar?  Poverty is a curse. So,  I’d rather marry a man who would respect and adore me, regardless of his age.”
